We headed for Josselin Tourist Office to pick up our maps and transport for the afternoon.

After a lesson in how to use the electric bikes provided by the lovely folks at Broceliande Bike Tours, we set off on an 18km cycle that was breathtaking in more ways than one.

Thoroughly puffed out after our day’s excursion, we returned to our lodgings for the evening at 14 St-Michel, a delightful guesthouse in the centre of Josselin Town.

The charms were surpassed only by those of its owner Viviane and her lovely daughter Melina, who couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home.
